The “Veganism: The Green Nutrition of the Future” eTwinning project aims to raise awareness about veganism among secondary school students aged 14-18. By exploring the principles and benefits of a vegan diet, students will learn how dietary choices can impact health, the environment, and animal welfare.Throughout the project, students will engage in research, collaborative activities, and practical initiatives that highlight the importance of sustainable nutrition. They will develop skills in research, communication, and creativity while fostering a sense of responsibility towards the environment and society. The project will involve creating vegan recipes, organizing community events, and sharing findings through multimedia presentations. Ultimately, students will leave the project empowered to make informed choices about their diets and become advocates for sustainable living in their communities.
